Return & Exchange & Cancellation Policy

  • Right to Cancel After Order Has Been Placed:
    Within 3 days of order, you may cancel by sending email to hilabe2006@gmail.com
    at no costs. after 3 days if item has been shipped then you may need to send it back on your expense upon arrival per terms of "Right to Cancel After Item Has Been Received".

  • Right to Cancel After Item Has Been Received:
    In accordance with Israeli law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order. This right applies only to products that remain unopened and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, returns of underwear and swimwear are accepted only if the original packaging is sealed and the product remains unused.

  • How to Cancel:
    Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please send your cancellation notice to:

    Your written notice should include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

  • Return Procedure:
    Once your cancellation request has been confirmed, you are required to return the product under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • It must be complete, undamaged, and free of any signs of use or tampering.

  • For underwear and swimwear, the seal on the packaging must remain intact.

  • Refund Process:
    After the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the above conditions, a full refund will be processed within [14 days] using the original method of payment.
    Note: If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition, or if the seal on hygiene items has been broken, the return may be refused.

  • Exceptions:
    This cancellation and return policy does not affect your statutory rights under Israeli law. Items that have been opened, used, or otherwise compromised—especially those related to personal hygiene such as underwear and swimwear—are not eligible for return.
